Listed below are the technical components that comprise the traffic trader system.

Program Component	Function/Description
Hit Counter	Java script and c++ cgi counter similiar to those used by sextracer, sexlist etc. You can enable the counter with 2 lines of javascript on any page and it will track unique hits from each referer.
Out Counter	C++ cgi counter records out bound hits and redirects surfer to url associated with domain code.
Traffic regulator	Special.cgi that sends hits to random urls contained in your 'trade list'. This list is updated ever 10 minutes through cron and contains URLs of sites that have sent you more traffic than you have sent them. The special.cgi helps 'regulate' your traffic trades, distributing traffic to those sites that deserve it.
Admin Program Demo of admin program	The admin program displays all incoming referrers in an editable form. From the admin program, you can choose to ignore certain URLs (Bookmarks, search engines etc), change the descriptions and destination URLs for each trade. The admin program displays all incoming and out going hits by referrer.
Toplist Template & Toplist File	Your toplist file is created off of a template file that you create. The template uses special tags that are replace each time the toplist is updated. These tags include the site name, site url, hits in, and over all rank for each referrer 1-100. This configuration enables you to have a top 10, 20, 30 etc. It also lets you modify the layout,fonts etc for your toplist. You include the toplist file on your main page using 1 line of SSI code (Server Side Include). This line includes the toplist where ever you want it on your page.
Cron Report	The cron report runs ever ten minutes and regenerates the toplist.html with the current data. It also recreates the 'trade list' inserting only those sites that are owed traffic. For each referrer, the report calculates (hits in - hits out) , any sites that have a value greater than the minium threshold are included in the trade list. Sites that are owed more traffic are added extra links to the list. This enables you to have hundreds of traffic trades and link to only one program.
